It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxine H. Pannebaker of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, born in Loysville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 19, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Earl M. Hess. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Pannebaker of Carlisle; her children, Monique P. Wallace (Edward) of Carlisle and Earl E. Pannebaker of Pittsburgh; and her grandchildren, Mariah, Dane Varner, Tyler, Ryan and Adam Pannebaker.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Waggoners United Methodist Church, 1271 Longs Gap Road, Carlisle, PA 17013.
