He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Palmer and Minnie M. Kershner; his foster parents, Mark Eigenbrode and Olive Eigenbrode; and his foster siblings, Richard D. Eigenbrode and Barale E. Royer.
He is survived by: his foster brothers, Mark Eigenbrode and William Eigenbrode. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
