We announce the death of Patrick J. Simpson of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 5, 2026, at the age of 80. Patrick will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Patrick will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Patrick will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture his life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Patrick’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Simpson and Cecelia Simpson (Brannigan). He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his son Jonathan Simpson; and his grandchildren, Jake and Hailey.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Middlesex United Methodist Church (118 N Middlesex Rd, Carlisle, PA 17013).
