With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Peggy J. Skinner of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Schultz and Genevieve Schultz (Blair); and her husband Richard "Skip" Skinner. She is survived by: her daughter Margo Skinner; her sister Sally Fisher; her sister-in-law Eileen Cardinal; her nieces and nephews, Randy, Sharon Fisher, Mark Fisher, Mira Comino, Cecil Fisher, Paul, Tami Krusper, Danny Krusper, Linda, Bill Erskine, Joe, Rogan Cardinal, Tim and Melissa Cardinal; and her close friends, Matula and Scott Hazell.
