He was predeceased by: his father Frank L. Mumper; and his sister Patricia Ruby. He is survived by: his wife Linda A. Mumper of Carlisle; his daughter Lindsey Coolidge (Joshua) of Carlisle; his granddaughter Noelle Hope Coolidge; his brother David Mumper (Beverly) of Carlisle; his brother-in-law Michael Ruby; and his nieces and nephews, Ashley, Alyssa, Holly, Corey and Brian.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Randy to the Parkinson's Foundation, 200 SE 1st Street Suite 800 Miami, FL 33131.
