She was predeceased by: her parents, William Earl Kough and Anna Catherine Kough (Adams); her husband Billy Ray Turner; and her brother Robert Kough. She is survived by: her children, Beckey Shover (Alan) of Carlisle, Conny O'Handly (Tom) of Abingdon, MD, Billy Turner II of Carlisle and Danny Turner (Janet) of Shippensburg; and her sister Martha Stitt of Newville. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
