With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Stets of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 29, 2025 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Dorthy Arlene Null Stets. He is survived by: his father Frank T. Stets; his fiancée Joetta C. Rolar; his siblings, Trina Stets (Thuy Quach) and F. Anthony Stets; his nephew Nicholas Peterson; his niece Alyssia Peterson (Jeremy Peffly); and his great-nephews, Gideon Downey and Adyn Peffley.
