He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Stout, Sr. and Beatrice R. Stout (Tewell); his stepson Douglas Ryan; and his siblings, William Stout, Thelma Tomedolsky and Carol Hrezo.
He is survived by: his wife Doris E. Stout (Fernbaugh); his stepchildren, Michelle Ryan, Michael Ryan, Denise Ryan and Rebecca Jones (Ryan); his grandchildren, Kodie, Tasha, Brandon, Kayla, Kyle, Cassidy, Brianna "Molly", Cole and Tabitha; his great grandchildren, Taylynn, Kane, Reese, Lilli, Parker, Tru and Hunter; his brother Richard Stout of West Mifflin; his children, Robert W. Stout of White Oaks and Kelly Schroder of Port View; and his grandchildren, Emme, Anthony and Adam.
