He was predeceased by: his father George E. Jr. Eby; and his brothers, George E. Eby III and Leroy Eby. He is survived by: his wife Myrtle Eby (Miller) of Carlisle, PA; his children, Cindy L. Holsopple (John) of Duncan, SC and Robert L. Eby (Janise) of New Bloomfield, PA; and his siblings, Harold Eby of West Point, TN and Sara Lamping of Elizabethtown, PA.. He is also survived by four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
