Black (Michael) of Shippensburg and Amy M. Black (Tom) of Shippensburg; his siblings, Ross Failor, Garry Failor, Steven Failor, Vincent Failor, Darla Frye and Gwen Hippensteel; his granddaughters, Michaela Black, Maria Black, Marissa Black and Cheyenne Black; and his great grandchild Jayce Perry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
