He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Failor, Sr. and Shirley L. Failor (Foster). He is survived by: his wife Kaye N. Failor (Dewalt); his daughters, Angela K. Black (Michael) of Shippensburg and Amy M. Black (Tom) of Shippensburg; his siblings, Ross Failor, Garry Failor, Steven Failor, Vincent Failor, Darla Frye and Gwen Hippensteel; his granddaughters, Michaela Black, Maria Black, Marissa Black and Cheyenne Black; and his great grandchild Jayce Perry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home (630 S Hanover St, Carlisle, PA 17013). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
