He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Handly and Regina Handly (Gravelle); and his sister Rita Mulrey. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Waraksy; his daughter Heather O'Toole (Christopher) of Carlisle, PA; his granddaughter Julia; his son Dr. Brian Handly (Erin) of Mechanicsburg, PA; and his siblings, Richard Handly (Carol) and Rhonda Handly. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
