He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles F. George and Alice M. Finkey George; and his wife Beverly A. Fry George. He is survived by : his daughters, Stephanie G. Douglas (George) and Angela A. Lane (Matthew); his grandchildren, George F. Douglas, IV, Justine M. Douglas, Amya M. Lane and Addison A. Lane; his sisters, Romaine "Sis" K. Alspaugh (Robert) of Carlisle, Joyce E. Zinn of Newville and Anna Marie Hess of Concord, NC; and his siblings-in-law, Andrea L. Snoke (Roy) and Donald A. Fry (Cynthia) of Shippensburg.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to ALS Association in memory of Beverly George, 321 Norristown Road, Suite 260, Ambler, PA 19002.
