He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Steinour and Eleanor Steinour White (Magee); his daughters, Denise and Lisa Steinour; his daughter-in-law Nellie Steinour; and his granddaughters, Christine Steinour and Amanda Price.
He is survived by: his wife Helen M. Steinour (Smith); his sons, Robert W. Steinour, Jr. (Susan) of Carlisle, David W. Steinour of Carlisle and Barry L. Steinour (Felicia) of Mt. Holly Springs; and his siblings, Andrew, Dennis Steinour, Dolores Everett, Judy Vulgamott, Donna Thumma and Mary Cramer. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
