He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Webber and Bernice Webber (Taylor); his wife Becky; and his sister Jeanne Houck. He is survived by: his children, Wendy Hoy (Tim) and Bill Webber (Lisa); his grandchildren, Leah Andrews (Will), Dan Hoy (Kelliann), Becky Hoy (Brendan), Katie Webber (Arthur), Pete Hoy (Laura) and Billy Webber (Maggie); and his great grandchildren, Parker, Sullivan, Cooper Andrews, Josephine Hoy and Malcolm Fitzpatrick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
