He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Jumper and Betty Jumper (Skelly); and his wife Carol Jumper (Lehman). He is survived by: his children, Roger L. Jumper, Jr. (Linda) of Shippensburg, Karry Weston (Michael) of Carlisle, Heather Jarusewski (Scott) of Gardner's and Billy Jumper (Kristie) of Carlisle; and his sister Connie Zipay (John) of Mt. Holly Springs.
Viewing will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ronan Funeral Home (255 York Rd, Carlisle, PA 17013). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Westminster Memorial Gardens.
