He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Wagner (Jumper) and Kenneth Wagner Sr.; his stepson Michael Armstrong; and his brothers, Paul, Earnest, Oren and Jay Wagner.
He is survived by: his wife LaRue Wagner (Geer); his stepchildren, Brian Armstrong (Debra) and Wendy Armstrong; his siblings, Leroy Wagner (Mick), Kenneth Wagner, Jr. and Darlene Brown; his stepgranddaughters, Heather Armstrong and Amanda Graf (Matthew); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Haley, Michael, Brianna and Ryan.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Trinity Global Methodist Church (4 W Main St, New Kingstown, PA 17072). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
