Though Rusty may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Rusty leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Lee Miller and Sylvia Mildred Miller (O'Hara). He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Hill (Harvey), Marlene Seaman (David) and Jeffrey Miller (Laurie); and his pet Gracie. He is also survived by his 13 nieces and nephews, and his many great nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, September 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hoffman Funeral & Cremation (2020 W Trindle Rd, Carlisle, PA 17013). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
