It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth A. Hoy of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 13, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Harvey Sheaffer; and her daughter Nancy Evans. She is survived by: her daughter Charlene H. Martin (Donald) of Carlisle; her grandchildren, Sherri Bergsten (Jeff) of Carlisle, Debi Flyte (Bill) of Carlisle, Lori Beachy (Steve) of Carlisle, Stephanie Buckley (Tim) of Henniker, NH and Crystal Noel Meredith (Bobby) of Windsor, CO; and her sister Mary Ilgenfritz of Valparaiso, IN.. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
