She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Bowman and Mary Bowman (Keener); her husband Perry Heath; and her siblings, Richard Bowman, Barry Bowman, Dorothy Carter, Geraldine Grove and Beverly Smith.
She is survived by: her siblings, Scott Bowman (Susan), Joyce MacDonald and Harriet Farling; her sister-in-law Marilyn Bowman; and her stepchildren, Perry Heath Jr., Debbie, Valerie and Michele. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ruth's name to Compassus Hospice.
