We are sad to announce that on March 21, 2024, Ruth A. Semel of Carlisle, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Stanley Barr and Velma Barr (McBee). She is survived by : her husband Lawrence Semel; her children, Aaron Semel (Tanya) of Ohio and Tara Samuelsen (Andrew) of Carlisle; her grandchildren, Sydney, Nathan, Erik, Luke and Johnny; and her sister Barbara Rowe (Richard) of Butler.
