She was predeceased by: her father John H. Wert. She is survived by: her husband Ricky Lee Parks of Carlisle; her son Johnathan Parks (Brittany) of Carlisle; her grandson Emmett Parks; and her sister Terri L. Kelly (Gordon) of Carlisle. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
