She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald E. Owens Sr. and Isabel Owens (Green); her husband William McQueen Horn; and her siblings, Carl Owens, Albert Owens, Donna Daughtery and Harriet Hodge.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nicole Horn of Carlisle and Aleya; her grandchildren, Akil Jr. and Amali Kennedy; and her siblings, Emma Carrothers, Roxann Creamer, Cheryl Knight, William Owens and Donald "Hook" Owen, Jr.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Carlisle Alliance Church (237 E North St, Carlisle, PA 17013). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 10:15 AM and at 10:30 AM.
