Scott touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Donald Eppley and Catherine Eppley (Fox); and his brothers, J. Donald Eppley, Jr. and John Eppley. He is survived by: his significant other Beth Ann Eppley (Harbach); his children, Robert Eppley (Alexandra Goodson), Conor Eppley and Tara Eppley (Kuan Sanchez); his siblings-in-law, Sandra Eppley, Nora Eppley, Jody Smith and Douglas Harbach; his grandchildren, Ethan Eppley, Vincent Eppley, Vivian Eppley and Bianca Sanchez; and his nephew Christopher Warrick.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home (630 S Hanover St, Carlisle, PA 17013). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
