She was predeceased by: her parents, Stuart McKeehan and Ida McKeehan (Morrison); her spouse Cletus Kipps, Sr.; her daughter Donna Clarke of Berlin, MD; her siblings, Edgar McKeehan (Toby), Parker McKeehan, James McKeehan, Betty McBride, Paul McKeehan, Lois Chiappetta, Margaret Mowery and John McKeehan; and her son-in-law James Neff of Mt. Holly Springs.
She is survived by: her children, Cletus Kipps, Jr. (Sandra) of Carlisle and Cathy Neff (Karl Weidner) of Mt. Holly Springs; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Kipps (Penny Seaks), Jackie Musselman-Read (Michael), Meaghan Rosso (Kevin), Lindsay Abruzzo (Mark), Lauren Smith (Brett) and Jordan Neff (Leah Starner); her siblings, Barbara Straub of Mechanicsburg, Robert McKeehan of Boiling Springs and William McKeehan of Carlisle; and her son-in-law Marty Clarke of Berlin, MD.. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren and three great- great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her church, Carlisle First Church of God.
