She is survived by: her husband Bill Smith of Carlisle, PA; her daughters, Martha Gillispie of Oklahoma City, OK and Barbara Rook of Justin, TX; her stepdaughter Karie; her sister Hanauer of Germany; and her siblings-in-law, Jerry Smith (Nancy) of Waco and Mary Beth Bailey. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
