She was predeceased by: her father Paul Monroe Simmons; and her brother Rocco Eugene Simmons. She is survived by: her children, Michael Karns (Monica Bohn) of Carlisle, Rebecca "Becca" Henry (Herbert "Herb") of Carlisle and Rachael Karns of Carlisle; her grandchildren, Callie Mae Karns, Liam Karns, Isaac Karns, Taylor Bohn and Jordan Bohn; her great grandchildren, Amarah and Ariyah; and her sister Marie Zeigler (Robert) of Boilings Springs. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
