He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Carlyle and Dorothy Bailey (Wallace); and his brother Paul Bailey. He is survived by : his sister-in-law Nancy Bailey; his siblings, Bill Bailey of Grand Junction, CO, Dave Bailey (Pat Acker) of Mechanicsburg, PA and Mary Ann Sousa (Bob) of Sanford, ME; and his nieces and nephews, Laura Lavalle (Sal), Paula Rainey (Alan), Dan Putnam (Angie), Jesse Bailey, Amanda Sousa, Carey Myers (Harper) and Heather Henstrum.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Tom's name may be made to the Activities Department at Sarah A. Todd Memorial Home.
