He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Herstek (Welgosh); and his former wife Carol Ann Herstek. He is survived by: his father Andrew Herstek; his wife Elaine (Swisloski) of Carlisle, PA.; his children, Thomas Herstek (Jan) of Dillsburg, PA., Angela Herstek of Kents Store, VA., Michelle Woelkers (Leo) of Moscow, PA., John Herstek of Nashville, TN., Andrew Herstek (Edith) of Warrington, VA., Philip Hickey (Anne), Copenhagen Denmark and Christine Hickey Darwin; and his brother Raymond Herstek (Libby) of Ashland, TN.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
