He is survived by: his father William Henry Palmer; his wife Ruth Palmer (Washington); his children, Dr. Michelle Palmer, Taleen Palmer (Michael), Carl Wilson and Deanna Wilson; his grandchildren, Jerrell, Jaylin, Carter and Jayde; and his siblings, Margaret Ann Palmer of Carlisle, Dorothy Palmer Grimes of Carlisle, Wayne Palmer (Gina Myers) of Carlisle, Charles Palmer (Suellen) of Carlisle, Gwendolyn Palmer of Carlisle and William Owens (Marsha) of Carlisle.
