He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Schoffstall. He is survived by: his father Max Silvis; his wife Karla Silvis; his son Lucas Todd Silvis of Mt. Holly Springs; and his stepdaughters, Kayla Nickerson of Carlisle and Chyenne Shover of Shermans Dale. He is also survived by three grandsons, 1 granddaughter, five brothers, and four sisters.
