Keefer of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, born in Dayton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 22, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Roswell and Florence Elmira Shick (Barnett); her husband Robert M. Keefer; and her siblings, Letha Vasbinder-Richards, Bertha Lenoir Shick and Ivan Leroy Shick.

She is survived by: her brother Leonard Eugene Shick of Meadville.
