He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred Piper (Baughman). He is survived by: his father Ernest Piper; his wife Suzanne Piper (Bigler); his children, Pamela Mowery (Bill), Diane Kuhn (Dennis) and Gregory Piper (Lisa); his grandchildren, Amber Mowery, Adam Mowery (Liping), Brandon Deitch (Crystal), Quay Kuhn, Tiffany Thrush (Donald), Lauren Piper and Jeremy Piper; and his great grandchildren, Parker and Summer Deitch.
