It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victoria Shughart of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 18, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Mitchell and Sarah Elizabeth Mitchell (Foltz); and her brother Charles W. Mitchell II. She is survived by: her husband Charles E. Shughart; her sons, Michael E. Shughart, Daniel L. Shughart (Allison Reisch) and Andrew G. Shughart (Cheri); her grandchildren, Joshua D. Shughart, Michaela E. Shughart, Destiny M. Ascone, Nathan Jackson, Chloe R. Shuey, Bobby E. Shuey, Olivia R. Shughart and Hayley Clepper; and her siblings, Anita K. Gutshall and Davy L. Mitchell.
