Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Violet for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Beers, Sr. and Mary Beers (Stoner); her husband Richard C. Walters; her sister Nancy J. Strawser; and her sister-in-law Kathryn Beers.
She is survived by: her siblings, Leo Beers, Jr. (Avis) of Marysville, Harry Beers (Barbara Sue Morse) of Carlisle and Dixie Showers of Palmyra; and her brother-in-law William Strawser of Watts Township. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
