He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sheaffer (Deihl); his children, Wayne Sheaffer, Jr. (Marcie), Carlisle, Jeffrey Sheaffer (Nancy), Scott Sheaffer West Virginia (Michaeline), Wendy Sheaffer (Bill) and Shane Sheaffer Carlisle (Brandi); his siblings, Donald Mentzer (Sharon), Sandy Ludwig (Merle), Brenda Emlet and Linda Garris (Charles); and his grandchildren, Britt, Matt, Justin, Cailee, Joey, Jessica, Mikayla, Becky, Jeff and Ted. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
