He is survived by: his daughter Diana Ulsh; his grandsons, David Merrill and Michael Merrill (Haley); his sister Carolyn Baldwin; his nieces, Staci Lehman (Doug) and Wendy Eppley (Dave); and his nephew Mike Baldwin (Susan). He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
