It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilda Jane Shughart of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, born in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 16, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Edward K. Handshaw; and her husband Paul W. Shughart. She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Taylor of Wilmington, DE; her grandsons, Willard Taylor III of Delaware and David Taylor of Delaware; and her sister Joann Handshaw of Shippensburg.
