She was predeceased by: her parents, Archibald Copeland and Jane Elizabeth Campbell (McCartney); her husband Donald G. Mitchell; her daughter Joyce Mitchell; her sisters, Jane Cruickshanks, Patricia Nagle and Marilyn Gollings; and her great grandchild Jackson Beezhold.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Mitchell (Susan) of Harrisburg and Rebecca M. Jackson (Timothy) of Morgantown; her grandchildren, Heather Mitchell, Alli Moyer, Ben Jackson (Melissa), Carolyn Brejwo (Jeff), Laurel Jackson and Claire Beezhold (Kevin); her great grandchildren, Stella, Susannah, Petra, Eleanor, Charles, Adele, Wren, Nolan, Campbell, Elijah and Hollis; and her brother-in-law Alan Mitchell of Kittanning.
