He is survived by: his children, Lori Barnhart of Jefferson and Matthew Kinsell of Calif; his stepchildren, David Zack (Vickie) of Marianna, Brian Zack (Tammy) of Elk View and W. Va; his grandchildren, Ashley Litten, David Zack, Jr. (Cortney) and Brenton Barnhart; and his friend Audrey Wilson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
