She was predeceased by: her parents, Fabian "Fub" Kondrla and Lida Mae Kondrla (Victor); her husband Nicholas E. Wallace; her son Joseph L. Horvath, III; her siblings, Jerome Kondrla, Fabian Thomas Kondrla, Floyd Kondrla, Paul R. Kondrla, Louise Kondrla and Victoria L. Kerwatski; and her nephews, James David, Jonathan Kondrla and Timothy Angelo.
She is survived by: her daughter Mundania Horvath of Seattle, Wash.; her grandchildren, Joshua T. Wallace (Elizabeth), Hannah Grace Wallace, Emma Shuppe-Horvath and Willow Shuppe-Horvath; her siblings, James Kondrla of Uniontown, Judy Temple (Ron) of Uniontown, Cindi Fisher (Terry) of Point Marion, Mary Angelo (Sullivan) of Leckrone, Jacky Bryner (Alan) of Dickerson, Stephanie Powell (Joe) of Smithfield and Jess Shuppe of Carmichaels; her sisters-in-law, Katherine Kondrla of Footedale and Virginia Kondrla of Fairchance; and her close friends, Joanne and Theda.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 278, 86 N. Morgantown St., Fairchance, PA, 15436.
