She was predeceased by: her father William P. Hathaway; her husband Fremont E. Blaker; her siblings, Andy, Frank, John Polosky, Paul Hathaway, Anna Polosky Reynolds, Sophia Polosky Firestone, Mary Polosky Weimer and Pauline Hathaway Barnhart; and her daughter-in-law Christina Fetter Blaker.

She is survived by: her mother Mary Polosky Hathaway (Shirey); her children, Hope Hamel (Todd) of Waynesburg, LuAnn Carlson (Mark) of Waynesburg, Bill Blaker of Morgantown and W. Va; her grandchildren, Alicia Hamel Haas (Doug) of Plantsville, Conn. and Shawn Carlson of Wexford; and her great grandchildren, Connor, Amelia Haas, Regan, Stella, Enzo and Vera Carlson. She is also survived by family and also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
