She is survived by: her children, Joel Stephen Rapchak of Lexington, KY and Larisa Rapchak Erwin (John); her grandchildren, Kyle Rapchak, Conner Rapchak, Justin Rapchak, Brittany Rapchak Sieczkiewicz (Matt) of Warwick, RI, John Erwin III of Ashburn, VA, Preston Stephen Charles Erwin, Taylor Rapchak (Marsha) of Pittsburgh, PA and Alek Rapchak (Jennifer) of Mount Pleasant, SC; her great grandchildren, Sage Florence Sieczkiewicz of Warwick, RI, Amelia and Logan Rapchak of Mount Pleasant, SC; her sister Vicki (Rendine); her siblings-in-law, Bruce Rapchak of Dunedin, FL, Bonnie Rapchak of Dunedin, FL and Mary Lou Rapchak of Payson, AZ; her nieces, Natalie Rapchak Garnett and Pat; her son Eric John Rapchak; her siblings, Carolyn Jane Plues, Sephora Plues (Lucas) and Shirley Plues (Taylor); and her nephew Nicholas Rapchak.
