He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennie Blaker and Louie Blaker (Ewart). He is survived by: his wife Eleanor L. Blaker (Hathaway); his children, Hope Hamel (Todd) of Waynesburg, LuAnn Carlson (Mark) of Waynesburg, Bill Blaker of Morgantown and W. Va; his grandchildren, Shawn Carlson of Wexford and Alicia Haas (Doug) of Plantsville, Conn.; and his great grandchildren, Regan, Stella, Enzo, Vera Carlson, Connor and Amelia Haas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
