Franks of Carmichaels; her grandchildren, Jessica C. Popernack, Michael S. Franks, Jr. and Heidi N. Owen; her great grandchildren, Willow Grace Owen and Wilson Grant Owen; and her siblings, Delmas Hall of Adah, James Hall (Joyce) of Adah and Linda Zigler (Butch) of Carmichaels. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
