She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence E. Matthews and Bernice A. Matthews (Yost); her children, Debra Yoney and John Yoney, Jr.; her granddaughter Michelle Demidovich; her siblings, Martha Phillips, Margaret Matthews, Shirley Matthews, Clarence Matthews, Ralph Matthews, Robert Matthews and Donald Matthews; and her former husband John Franklin Yoney, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, James Yoney of Mount Morris, Jeffrey Yoney (Gwen) of Point Marion and Sherry Kern (Douglas) of Carmichaels; her grandchildren, Andrew, Brittany, Travis, Daisy, Hunter, Faith and Jada; her great grandchildren, Blake, Devon, Kenton and Ryan; and her brothers, Kenneth Matthews and Charles "Jake" Matthews. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
