She is survived by: her sons, Lloyd L. Carter, Jr. of Carmichaels, Floyd P. Carter (Patti) of Carmichaels and Glen W. Carter of Carmichaels; and her brothers, Donald Fox of Lakewood and Ronald Fox of Strongsville, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Matilda's memory to Greene Valley Presbyterian Church, 104 E Greene St, Carmichaels, PA 15320.
