He is survived by: his siblings, Diana Davis Hixon of Waynesburg, Charles Davis (Michele) of Carmichaels and Dawna Jean Chambers (Soloman) of Wellsburg, WV; his nieces, Rebecca Davis (Mike) of Carmichaels, Pam Swartz (Lew) of Carmichaels and Tucker; his caregiver Mary Jean Jay of Crucible; and his sister Linda C. Workman. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
