C. and Karissa Blaker of Carmichaels; his siblings, Jennifer Strait (Rick) of Garards Fort, Mary Blaker of Parkersburg, Jeremy Henry (Carrie) of Mount Joy and Jeffrey Blaker (Kathleen); his parents-in-law, Charles M. Christopher of Crucible and Sharon Kowalczyk (Charles) of Carmichaels; his brother-in-law Ryan Christopher (Melissa) of Carmichaels; and his nieces and nephews, Brooke, Rylee, Taylor, Peyton, Ryan Michael (Maria), Ethan and Braden.
The family suggests donations be made in Scott's memory to: huntofalifetime.org, this is a nonprofit organization with a mission to grant hunting and fishing dreams to children age 21 or younger, who have been diagnosed with life threatening illnesses or life threatening disabilities.
