Boutin of Carmichaels; her granddaughters, Kayla Bard (Kyle) of Jefferson and Kameryn Hixenbaugh of Carmichaels; her great grandchildren, Brynnlee, Bria and Kyson Bard; her brother Joseph Gibbs (Kay) of Connellsville; her husband Charles T. Ross; her son Joseph M.; her sisters, Helen Debolt and Glennora Mansberry; and her son-in-law Daniel Boutin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
