She is survived by: her daughter Rita Nichols (Jason) of Carmichaels; her grandson Rowan James Nichols of Carmichaels; her siblings, Penny Rae Wasko of Uniontown and Matthew James Boggio (Charmayne) of Macomb, Mich.; and her caregiver Jackie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
